At Alpheta we realise that Mental Health and Wellbeing comes above everything else we deliver. Our sessions draw upon many years of experience and proven techniques to help individuals manage their day to day lives more fully.

    Within the sessions we explore some of the causes that lay behind mental health and wellbeing which are wide and varied. We also look at coping and prevention strategies that can be used to help manage our own mental health.

    Working with individuals we use a holistic approach which includes a wide range of therapeutic modalities.
